Loved the place, had a just perfect stay for long time. The staff were all top-class and decent. The hotel had a central location and it was easy walk to Templo de Regina Coeli. Everything was simply perfect.

The hotel is huge and fairly clean with a nice restaurant, I had a nice stay. I enjoyed the small room with a bathroom as well as good bedding I was given. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.
Their staff were not very helpful.

Brilliant location very close to the city center, and 10 minute walk from Torre Latinoamericana Skyscraper. Fab food in the in-house restaurant in the vicinity.
The bathroom was very dirty, I didn't like it.

Actually everything was cool, my next choice again in Mexico City. The hotel appeared to be original and I loved staff and location. And it also had astonishing view. Beautiful garden and lovely pool.

the staff were supportive, the location was historic. our room was immaculate and perfect. delightful breakfast, excellent service. there was a pleasant restaurant, the shops and a market next door. we had early meal in el caguamo, based nearby.
Internet connection was weak.

The stay was truly memorable. Lounge bar was amazing and quite clean. The bar staff was professional. Saw local attractions thanks to Salto del Agua metro station, located very close to the hotel:)))

Place was clean, everything was great. Staff were VERY OBLIGING whole time of my stay. Very good breakfast was served, decent food. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was fabulous. With friendly check-in and fast check-out, this hotel was nice.
